Nothing like SCHOOL.....
Hi guys it's me, Santhisi. now it's 4.08pm and I'm at home now. Dad and mom went for shopping, Aunt is having her meal while talking about her school life. I'm writing the diary entry while hearing to Aunt's memories. OK OK no other stories...I'll tell you the full story. Yesterday I went school with a little hope of seeing Ayana's face. (Because the day before yesterday she was absent cz' she went for a religious discussion.) So, when I came to class, as I hoped before I got the luck to see her face. We spent the morning periods happily, but a little bit sad because , Prefects didn't took us for the media day show. (Only the members of media club was allowed to watch the show. that's why) "Boya Big Boss!" I said.
(Boya means "what the hell?" in korean, and Big Boss is Ayana. it's her nick name. My nick name is wolf, and Umasha's Nick name was Jade.) "they can't treat us like that Big B. that's unfair." I said. but our mood changed after listening to Jade's Funny laughing method. If you hear that voice......definitely you'll laugh guys. it's that much funny. So like wise that period ended, leaving a great memory in our hearts.
Next is our Sinhala period.Our teacher taught us a grammer lesson. Both Big B. and I spent a funny time in that period also. next is our IT period. I went to the IT lab alone, because Nilu was not there. Our IT teacher taught us "Microsoft Excel". she also gave us an activity. I finished it first. she praised me for that. After finishing the practical I went to my class. while I was on my way I met Buddhima, our class monitor. (not that buddhima who helped me on the day that I fainted.) we went on talking about difficult subjects. while we were walking through the steps we met both Jade and Big B. (special note:- from today onward I may use the names Big B.,Jade and Wolf. no more Ayana and Umasha. You can call us as "three idiots" if u like! 😆😆😆😆) ha ha...crazy right?
"hey Wolf aren't you taking your papers?" Big B. asked. "what papers?" I said. "that past papers that we ordered that day!!!" she replied. "Oh buddhima I should go now. I have ordered some past papers and now I should go to get them. bye!" I said to buddhima and she went to class. then I, jade and big b. went to the library to take our papers. "You got Rs.197 to pay." library teacher told us. "teacher can't you give us only 3 papers?" big b. asked. teacher agreed and gave. then we went to our classes. "what do we have now wolf?" big b asked. "umm....ah...English! OMG! what are we going to tell Big b? she'll scold us. see...we are 15 minutes late! boya....." I replied. when we came near the class I sneaked at the class through the door. OMG! Mrs. D.D has arrived. "what are we going to tell big b?" "we'll tell the truth Wolf. no use of saying lies." big b said. we entered the class. "where have you'll been girls?" Mrs. D.D asked patiently. " teacher we went to the library for a purpose" both of us replied. "hmm. never mind. take this monthly test papers." Mrs. D.D gave us some papers. then we went to our places. we did the papers. Both of us got 100 marks for the monthly test. (now don't think that both of us copied. paper is soooooo easy.) period ended.It's the interval.
Jade came to the class." Sorry wolf. I had my meal at the class." "oh! that's nothing!" I said and I requested to bring that article. don't you know guys? oops. sorry . i forgot to tell. It's about the motor cross rider Ananda Wedisinghe, who passed away, making the racing fans hearts a mourning one. I am one of his fan guys. I'm really sad about his death. As you all know Jade is a CRAZY racing fan.so she is very fond of collecting articles about racers. the article that I requested her to bring is just only one article in her collection. She got more that 50 articles I guess. so she went to the class but she didn't returned. I got angry and I took my meal without her. after 15 minutes Jade came to the class. "what the hell have you been Jade?" I asked angrily. "oh wolf, sorry for being late. our class teacher told me to clean the class." she said. after that both of us started reading the article. next is group 1, which means German to Jade and Commerce to both I and Big b. so, Jade went. for my luck our teacher was not there. "hey no use of being in the class. I'm going for the media day show." Big B. said. (secretly.) She went I stayed at the class. As I said before I don't want to get scolded by teachers and disobey the school regulations. just think if, prefect caught us, if we go for that show? what will happen? so I stayed at class. I started doing some absent work.
After the German period Jade came. "hey wolf, what about having a walk? near the main hall? big b must be there." now guys you may think that I'm a liar. I know, I told you that I'm not going for that stupid show but at this moment, my mind agreed with Jade. So I went with her to the main hall. ( there should be funny memories in school life. to gain such a memory, we should dedicate a little. so I think it's fair to disobey the prefects only one time. Is it OK? can you all agree with me?)
We went to the main hall. for our bad luck the show is about to finish. now the main hall is like a fish market. we can't hear anything because we have invited few schools to our show. the show ended with the national anthem. we went to our classes. while we were on our way we met Big b. all of us went together. again we met a friend. it's suga. "hey nuha, can you do me a favor? can you give this umbrella to counseling teacher?" "sure" I told and went to the place where that teacher is. "oh teacher was not there. what are we going to do jade?" I asked from jade. she just starred at me. at last I kept the umbrella on the floor and then we Raannnn!" hey guys, now the next prob! what about our science teacher? she told us to stay today evening and now she's not there. WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?" Big B said. "OK then, we'll ask from a teacher whether our science teacher was there or not. I think she's absent." I said. all of us went to the staff room. we met a teacher and she told us that our science teacher has come to school. "BOYA BIG BOSS!" i said.
Then we just walked around the school, having fun listening to Jade's funny laugh. about 2.10 pm we arrived to our class. "you are staying after school right? " both of us asked from Dilmini. "I'm staying" she replied. while we were leaving the class we saw Jade. "hey guys, the class was postponed. science teacher told us to come. she'll take a phone call to your home!" then all of us went. "oh that's awesome man!" I said. "now what are you going to do Big b? what about your transportation?" "oh it's fine. our van uncle was there. I can go. bye" she said and she leaved the scene.both I and jade went near the teacher. "oh ! I'm not well today. I can't stay after school. I s it OK?" our science teacher asked. we said OK .she took phone calls to our parents. "Get well soon teacher!" I thought while looking at her fleeing the place."hey wolf, "It might take 15 minutes to arrive at school for our parents. also I'm on duty today. so we'll go to the class and clean.." jade said and both of us went to the class.
After cleaning the class we put our bags to leave the place. when we came to the stair case......OMG! MONKEYS WERE THERE! oh no! we are doomed. "omg Jade! what are we going to do? If we go there, those stupid monkeys will chase us." "OMG! GOD HELP US" Jade screamed. At the same moment two younger students from grade 9 came. they were also trapped like us. while we were starring at each other face we saw a teacher in next class. so we thought of calling her. "it won't work sis.she'll also get scared." the younger student who is holding a tennis racket told us. "hold on guys, monkeys were missing! I think they were gone! GO! GO!" Jade shouted. we ran. OMG! monkeys were chasing us. we ran screaming. for our good luck we saw our washroom. thank god! at last we went in and closed the door.
OMG! another problem. now that stupid monkey was sitting in-front of the door. what the heck u stupid monkey. can't you go home and have your lunch with your family? without scaring us like this! at last we threw a broom or a mop. I didn't saw it clearly. thank god! the monkey went. RUN! RUN!RUN! RUN FAST GUYS. we didn't ran but flew. at last we came down stairs. now the farewell part. both I and Jade to right and that two students to left. we greeted them as so as they. thank god! we've been saved. "ah Jade, what a memory nah?" I said. we came near the book shop.
We ran through the road streaking through the wind blew from the banyan trees, like a feather blow from an eagle. The only thing that I remember was, I opened my arms to the wind. Our road to the eternal freedom ended till we saw our math teacher. we, Jade and I stepped like matured girls. we greeted her and went on. At last we came to the ending point of our memory. now the leaving part. "Zaijian dream racer! jiandao ni xinqier!" I said to Jade. "Chan ching chong....what ever! don't forget to watch racing life with Dilantha Malagamuwa! bye ! bye!" Jade said while waving at her. I waved at her till I saw her finger tips through the gate. This is the Immortality of freedom. School is a place which is not without a smile. so there's NOTHING LIKE SCHOOL!
At last I want to say LUV U CHINA, KRIS AND WEN TIAN.......ALSO SONG JOON KI......
